terry diehl | Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. I called Franks. Said he could come that evening so I chose him over a reputable company. He called that evening and said he would not be available till the following day at noon. He came, knowing we had an LG fridge, 5 years old under warranty. Took 2 minutes to say yup compressor is dead. He would not work on the fridge if we put the free warranted part in, said we needed to purchase the part from him. Charged 68 for less than 5 minutes work knowing he wouldn't do the warranty work! His big explanation was” you didn't ask me” |
Francisco Medina | Reasonable prices, professional services and more thanks for choosing us. |
Christina Meikrantz | Don't even bother. This man charged me 55 to come tell me my issue in person even though I sent him a photo of the broken piece before he even came. He said that was his diagnostic fee. Okay fine I accepted that and moved on. He came back the next day to fix it and when he came to fix it he realized that he misdiagnosed the issue and it now needs another piece. Okay... so now he wanted to charge me 25 for this visit plus an additional 225. Now if you came to my home and told me this isn't the issue after all and there is another issue why would you charge me 25? So upon asking him why he charged me the 25 he stated for his gas... so he wanted me to pay for his gas to come to my home for the second time to tell me HE misdiagnosed my issue. I'm sorry, if you are the professional you should have take more than a full 3 minutes to check my washer the first time you came out. 55 wasted on absolutely nothing. Don't even bother to do business with this man. |
