| BOB MCEVOY | We took our sewing machine to them for repair , owner/supervisor said to Jerry , write down to be done today 1/10/20. Jerry said “ don't count on it” Who is in charge here? Next day we called to check on , they could not find the order at first. Then told us it was not worked on , so we went in to pick up and cancel the service order. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. We took our machine to another repair shop who cares. Will not return to AAA. |
