I can't say enough about my Geek Squad experience. They are excellent to deal with. I had a problem with my Dell Desktop computer. When you make an appointment your name appears on a small screen so that others in the store know you are currently being helped so you can get face time with the associate without interruptions. They label all your equipment so you don't have to worry it will be lost. They even extracted my files off my computer and put on my external hard drive for me before installing a new hard drive. They keep you up to date with emails and personal phone calls. When the computer was fixed I made another appointment and the tech showed me my computer was working by plugging it in and making sure all my apps were put back on the computer. The tech also carried my computer to my car at the end of the appointment. Just excellent from start to finish. Other companies should emulate the company's customer service!
