I showed up as a walk in and they were booked for days... but Karl was able to squeeze me in and found my issue and had me out the door in under an hour... very professional and honest mechanic ... we just moved to Indiana PA, and will def be bringing all 3 of our vehicles here from now on... He does seem to be very busy and often booked days out in advance... so if at all possible I would give them a courtesy call before showing up... the only reason I didn't is because my phone was broke and in the shop... which I explained to him... overall I'm very grateful that Karl was able to help me out !!! |
