| Cindy Jenkins | Out 3 times. Didn't spend more than 5 minutes looking at my appliance. Ordered 1 part, wasn't the correct part, ordered second part appliance still was not fixed. Finally blamed it on my hot water not being hot enough. 180 degrees. LOL. I looked on line what the problem could be, got the part and fixed it myself. This is truly incompetence. It took me 5 minutes to replace the part and I had the part in 3 days. This place has been trying to fix it for over a month. Horrible!!!! |
