| Brianna Orris | Rude on the phone. Installed a water heater improperly which caused it to leak. I found out that American Home Shield Warranty doesn't use MOAD services anymore. No wonder why. So instead of my family and I waiting a week to have our hot water heater replaced, I called a local trusted Plummer who replaced it at a reasonable cost because I don't have time to wait around. The company I called to correct MOADS failure to install correctly was able to come out same day and replace my water heater. Thank gosh for good local company's. So good reidense to MOAD services. I would never let them in your home to do anything. Just take a look around at all their bad reviews. I say that MOAD services definitely earned the bad reviews. I don't normally let reviews but I just have to warn others. Don't go with MOAD services. |
