The technician verified my water heater was shot asked if I wanted a quote for them to fix it. The price was average to others so I said yes and within 2-3 hours i had a new water heater installed. Great work,superfast response time, ver fast install and clean up. The tech's blew me away with there efficiency. I would highly recommend Siegmans for water heater replacement. A+ |
| Petra Laban | I purchased a system a few years ago and had it serviced each year without issue. This year it stopped working. Tech came out the same day and replaced a small part under warranty. Wonderful!! Except, then the compressor was said to have gone bad two days later. Of course this was over the weekend and they wanted to charge me 400 to come out and "take a look". Sweated till Monday, they didn't show. Showed on Tuesday and had to order the part??? Two weeks later it's fixed, but with an outrageous bill for a covered part. Found customer service rude and not even willing to open a conversation regarding my complaint. Did not even try to figure out what was wrong before threatening legal action. Sad. |
