Service itself was great. Unfortunately just showed up about an hour and a half outside of the already four ! hour window we had to be home for. No issues with the technician or work at all, though.

The store was in the process of closing permanently but at least I got this great picture.

I have been without a refrigerator since the end of October 2019, it's now February 7TH 2020. A repair technician has been to my home five times. My hardwood floor has been burnt from a hot torch tip that was laid on the floor. The first two technicians did not have anything to put on my hardwood floor prior to pulling out the refrigerator and marked/indented the hardwood. The condenser/compressors was replaced on the second visit in November poorly. The third repair technician on the overall fifth visit stated that the refrigerant has leaked out because the brazed connections where not solid/leak-free connections and leaked out the refrigerant, and now contaminated the system again! This company has a four repair attempt policy before they'll consider replacing the appliance...such "BS". The two ladies/witches I spoke to early on in this process need to be fired. The company needs to rethink about it's business/ service policies. The only reason why I'm offering 1 Star is that the third technician that's been to my home three times is knowledgeable and skilled with Whirlpool refrigerators unlike the first two.
