| jennifer schatz | I just got off the phone with the female that works there. It was the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. She was rude and arrogant. She even asked me why someone else that I had called that referred me to contact them to do the work didn't want to fix it. It was like she was getting a kick out of telling me that it would be a long time to get my washer fixed. So rude! Will never ever go there or recommend them and as matter of fact, I will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was! Truth. Anyone that knows me knows that I never ever complain about anyone or anything. I realize it was Friday afternoon but her attitude was nasty. Someone needs a lesson in customer service! |
