| Andrea .R | Let me start by saying I am under warranty with Frigidaire therefore Frigidaire set up an appointment with this third-party place tabbits I was told to wait from 12 to 5 after Calling and leaving a message with no response.Frigidaire reached out with no response. Moving forward Frigidaire directed me to another third-party company that will show up. So after I made this new appointment this gentleman from Tabbits calls me ask me questions about my microwave and says” he probably could've done it anyway because it's above my stove I explained that my microwave was already taken down it's on my floor. The appointment with him was canceled by Frigidaire because of the no response Throughout the whole day.He literally called me back almost 4 hours later, at the end of the day this was a waste of time. |
