| Michael McKown | We got Mike's name after a 15 day ordeal to get a Gas to Propane conversion kit installed in our dryer. The brand new washer and dryer were left 1/2 installed by the original installer because he “needed the part.” Left Mike a message at 7:00 AM on Friday. He called me back promptly and assured me that this is something he does regularly and he'd be able to squeeze us in the following day. THE FOLLOWING DAY! Saturday! As promised Mike called later to confirm the actual time window. He showed up promptly on Saturday morning with a smile. He is polite, thorough and knowledgable. He ran both appliances before leaving to confirm they were in good order. He generously shared his advice about caring for our appliances over time. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his clients. Mike is worth every penny. We will certainly call Mike for all of our appliance needs in the future and recommend you do too! |
