Appliance Repair by My Oreck Store – Exton in Exton, Pennsylvania

I took my Oreck vacuum cleaner to the Oreck store in Exton and had the pleasure of meeting Gina. What a delightful experience! I don't think I've ever felt that way about a trip to have an appliance repaired. Usually I'm prepared to be taken to the cleaners but not this time. Gina showed me exactly what was wrong, fixed it right then and there and went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied. She is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus, she's fun to be with and so kind. I truly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend Gina at the My Oreck Store in Exton to anyone. When the need arises for a new vacuum cleaner, I will be purchasing it from Gina.

My vacuum store is definitely Exton. Gina is friendly and helpful. Over the years I have purchased an Oreck and a Miele and love them both. Recently I stopped in wondering if by any chance she ever took in trade-ins cause I just needed another upright to do some area rugs. Sure enough Gina had a used Oreck good enough for what I wanted and for a very fair price!! I was very pleased. It's a great place to get accessories and the bags too! I recommend this place.

Had to buy a new vacuum cleaner. Who would have thought it would have been such a pleasant experience! Gina was absolutely amazing she listened to what our needs were and found us a perfect vacuum cleaner exactly what we were looking for, Price range, weight etc. I love the way she went the extra mile really explaining everything about the vacuum cleaner. All the good vibes from Gina really made for such a positive experience and even set the tone for a great rest of the day!
