Quality Repair was so unreliable! Sadly, the technician was over an hour late and came after 7pm in the evening. He failed to diagnose the issue because he spent less than 20 minutes total visit. I contacted the company- they sent the same guy back the next day without calling to confirm a time. He promised to come back with the part and called 6 hours later to say he could come at 8pm at night! Instead, we Arranged for the next morning at 8 am and was an hour and half late. Lots of lip service and apologies, poor customer service and an expensive repair. I will make sure I tell my friends and neighbors to stay clear. APPALLING AND DISAPPOINTING! |
