Showed up when they said they would, everyone that we dealt with on the phone or in person was very friendly. They actually came out today because I noticed a patch of dullness on part of the countertop after it was put in. Luckily it was just some dried glue left over..which they got off but they drove over an hour just to check it out and never made us seem like a bother at all. Thank you! |
| tiffany seese | The countertop is not finished on all sides. They did not finish the side that is next to a freestanding cabinet so I can never move this piece??? When I asked for it to be fixed, I was told I'd have to pay more money to fix their mistake and go without a countersink while it was being repaired...and rehire a plumber to replumb the sink. They were willing to repair the knick they put in it, but that is minor compared to the real problem. |
