| Eric Reddinger | More like zero stars. Charged me 50.00 to not fix my Blu-ray player. I took my Samsung Blu-ray player to them to repair. I even showed the guy a video of what the issue was. I picked it up when it was "fixed". When I hooked it back up it had the same issue. I returned it to them and explained that nothing was different from when I originally dropped it off. I picked it up a second time and when I hooked it up it was actually worse than when I originally dropped it off. Absolutely worthless repair shop. |
