| Steve Shenk | I purchased a really nice used 21 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer in October 2016 for 389. From the start, it had trouble maintaining a desirable freezer temperature. Bread softened, ice cubes sweated and I could pour the ice cream out of it's container. Luckily, I had a chest freezer backup In January 2017, I finally requested a service call. The technician was friendly and pleasant and diagnosed the problem. He returned about 10 days later with a replacement part and it's worked fine ever since. I would purchase from them in the future. |

No answer but I could hear someone in the warehouse/shop repair part working. So I left. Oh well, my dryer went out and needed repair or to buy another one if mine wasn't worth fixing. |
