I called Sears as my refrigerator stopped working on a Friday morning still under warranty. They could not come until Monday. So I called this company. My first mistake was not asking for a price upfront! The gentlemen who answered the phone said he would be at my home by 11:00 and showed up at 2:00 understandable things happen. He came in and was polite. He mentioned he thought freon was low and then said compressor was bad and could not fix it. Took a total of 15 min of the techs time. I asked him how much and he said 212. Now I don't have a working refrigerator for the weekend and out 200 bucks. Ask the price first, as sears only charges 99 for a diagnosis. Now it is going to cost me 300 total before I even know what is truly wrong with it.

I contacted Rickey late one evening about my refrigerator suddenly not cooling anymore. He came out the very next morning at exactly the time he would be there, diagnosed and repaired the problem and stayed to ensure that the repair was working correctly. I absolutely use him again, in fact I am planning on having him come out to service my HVAC system come spring. Shop no further if you need a quality repair!
