The man came this month, found out that it couldn't be fixed and we are awaiting a replacement. I have tried to call to find out when a replacement will be provided but I can't get an answer. I have informed Sears that we will have 17 house guests for the holidays, so replacement is important. |

| jack lin | The Technician didn't do any test at all and said it was the control board that needs to be replaced, almost 800 dollars for that service, was not worth fixing with that kind of money, I ended up paying 99 dollars plus tax for just trip charge. Stay away people do not use them |
