| JoAnn Patrick | Called to schedule a repair on an ice maker inside my refrigerator. Scheduled for Saturday. Was told someone would call me with the time and for directions between 8-9am. I received a call at 10.15 am for directions and was told someone would arrive between 11-12 noon. I gave explicit directions. I called several times some went to voice-mail, some calls I was told that some appointments take longer. Finally around 2pm I called and spoke to the repairman who said he couldn't find my road...if he called to tell me he was lost, I would have met him somewhere so that he could follow me. I was then told that he would come between 3-5pm on the same day. Never showed up. I called at 5.45 to ask what happened. Was told he was way behind schedule and wouldn't show up that day. He would call me on Monday to see if he could get me in later in the afternoon. No phone call! Don't waste your time calling this company. |
