| Pam Murdock | My refrigerator was not cooling. I called to make an appointment, gave a description of the problem and was told it would be two and a half weeks to get a repair person to come. Once he arrived he did not have a part so he ordered the part which came 2 days later but the service call to actually make the repair was another 2 weeks. Four and a half weeks for a repair is poor service in my opinion. Also they repair service has a 9 hour window on the day of the actual service. Who has 9 hours to wait - better time management would be appreciated. |

The only issue I have is I was overbilled and have tried calling twice to get transferred around to different number and be left on hold for extended periods of time and still have not spoken to someone who can take care of my refund. |

The service provider told my husband who was home at the time that they do not offer this service with the extra warranty the only reason I bought the extra warranty. At this time, this matter is being researched by the gentle man who sold us the warranty. |
