He looked at the jacket and in less than five minutes he had the zipper teeth aligned perfectly. When I asked how much, he didn't even want to charge for this!. This saved me an expensive replacement job or even worse, the chore and expense of looking for a new jacket. I have to think that Loui is not only an expert at his trade but an amazing human being. The others in the shop at the time confirmed this. A great way to end my day. |
