Doylestown Air is amazing - the team has bailed me out of emergencies both during the coldest snap of winter and the hottest spell of summer. They are personable, friendly, fair, and fast. The technicians take their time to explain exactly what's going on, and seem to really enjoy educating us ignorant customers. They've fixed everything from a simple capacitor to a full system replacement for me and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I contacted Doylestown Air late November for an estimate to replace my gas forced hot air furnace and air conditioner. The Owner of the company came out to write the estimate, he took his time and answered all my questions and asked me a number of questions to better fit my needs. I had done a pretty fair amount of research on my own and was fairly certain of the unit I wanted. I answered all the questions honestly and was directed to the very model I had already considered to be the right fit. This was not the highest end model as another contractor suggested I go with but still efficient without the unnecessary bells and whistles. Of the three 3 bids I received Doylestown Air was the not only the lowest but I felt the most comfortable with too. After agreeing to the estimate I was put on their schedule, maybe 10 days or so wait, I was not in a rush. The crew showed up on time the day I was scheduled, they were respectful of my house by covering their shoes and putting down drop clothes. The install happened all in one day, the guys were there till well after 7:00 but none of them seemed to mind. I asked a bunch of questions of the installers and they answered all of my questions. I could not be happier with my new system, the house is DEFINITELY more comfortable and my most recent January bill is less than it typically was in October! I admit, I am not easy to please and expect A LOT for my money, you will get your money's worth from these guys, give them a call.
