Appliance Repair by Home Services at The Home Depot in Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Such a horrible customer service - lodged complaint a month ago about my garage door opener that was installed incorrectly by their vendor 6/7 years ago, which broke my garage door - no one ever called back to fix or know about the problem, but the associate said that they have a new sale and to place a new order. 2 weeks ago, lodged another complain directly with the manager to look into this. She took all the information and promised me to call back after investigating the issue. No response to date. Not sure how it feels to them to rip off a customer who has been loyal to them for last 7 years - never will recommend them again

Bought some cabinets for our laundry room and were going to have Home Depot install them. After waiting weeks for the Home Depot installer to contact us and not hearing anything even after several calls, we decided to get another company to do the job. When he came to install them, he found there were several pieces of molding that were not there, so I went back to the store to get them. Home Depot is making me pay to get the missing pieces that they didn't provide in the first place! Not very good customer service!

great prices and selection but....if you need something installed right away this is not the place to purchase. 4 weeks to get a garage door opener installed? lowes it is.....
