He was extremely thorough in searching for the problem, leaving no stone unturned. After finding the problem cast iron from the old pipes had clogged a drain put in by previous owners. Jeremy quickly figured out a solution and got to work. As I was talking to him I couldn't get over his attention to detail he wanted to get every last piece of debris out before leaving our property.
