Good repairman - but he is not allowed to call us in advance of his arrival! That is unacceptable! We work and have a life. Arrival between 8 AM and 5 PM is just ridiculous treatment of customers. We paid a lot for the extended warranties - therefore should at least be respected enough to have a definite time of arrival!

Your technician was on time, very professional and polite. He worked in a timely manner and took the time to ask if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the service.

Over the past 6 years, we have had various issues with our GE Profile, side-by-side refrigerator. The most recent repair involved loss of all food in the fridge and freezer. Luckily, we purchased a Sears fridge warranty on this item at the time we purchased it. Thank heavens we did! With each of the five or six repair visits since 2012, we have had the pleasure of having “Jim” as our very knowledgeable service technician. We have watched him trouble-shoot various issues, and each time he has visited, Jim has fixed the problem, and has been a wonderful professional. Always covers his shoes, and always leaves the area spotlessly clean. He told us of the Sears single payment for cleaning our dryer and vent during small talk on the way to his service van last week. We were elated that he was able to make the time to remove all lint from inside and outside the dryer, including cleaning the vent hose. We are so very grateful for our experiences with Sears, and with this great guy who takes wonderful care of both our fridge and dryer. Lucky Sears, and lucky us!
