We called him to diagnose the issue, but we still tried to get the company where we purchased the appliance to replace it. When we realized that the company would not replace it, we tried to call Doug back to fix it.We've been trying to reach him for months, and he would not return phone calls to tell us he no longer is doing service work with Electrolux. Doug never filed any paperwork with Electrolux regarding our claim and now we cannot even have the item fixed because its out of warranty. |
