| Kelli Winwood | Horribly rude. Mine was a Whirlpool warranty job, and they called and were crappy about the scheduled time that Whirlpool gave me. She said they don't know our schedule I don't know why you are acting like this is our fault. Very disrespectful. I will NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. This was the second time I have tried to use them for a service call--gave them the benefit of the doubt...maybe a bad day----but clearly not just a bad attitude and bad business. If I could give no stars I would. |
