If I could I would give him zero stars He came out for my washer that was leaking he stood there for 15 min and there was no leak but told me if it happens again call me. He took my 85.00 and cashed it that day. The next day it wasn't draining right I called And he came out the next day and told me it was a bolt that was broken, now he never removed anything both days not a tool was brought into my house I went into the living room waiting for him to show me but he left without telling me. I called 2 times an hour went by he finally called said they don't make that part anymore I asked what part you never even looked at it I told him I will call someone else his response was just let me know what they said I demanded my money back threatening to go to court I had a check in my hand the next day. What a con artist. I had my washer looked at for 70.00 2 days later it had nothing to do with what he said.

Great service! Came out same day for a freezer repair, did a quick defrost, ordered the part. He came back promptly once the part was in. He even re-ordered the replacement when the led panel wasn't as bright as it should hav been.

I have recently used Bob Fieo for a few appliances and was very pleased. My Mom's refrigerator was broken with a bad sensor and my freezer was leaking due to a clog. Prices are very reasonable and he seems trustworthy. When looking at my broken washer, he was honest and said that it would cost more to fix it and to replace it.
