His prices are reasonable and he is my go-to guy for anything appliance related. I really appreciate the time he takes to figure out the problem as well as educate me on the machine he is working on. He is very honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. Note: he has an answering service so be patient if you are scheduling an appointment. I appreciate that he will call asap, even in off-hours, to make an appointment or let me know he has a part, etc. All around great service! |

I have a stacked Samsung washer/dryer unit which apparently caused issues for all the other local companies. BJ had no trouble. He had to run out to get a replacement part, but it was fixed within 2 hours. He returned my call promptly, showed up as schedule, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be using him again for appliance issues. |
