He gave me very useful information about what causes this and confirmed some things we thought. He explained it isn't the machine but the position of the hose connection to the disposal and the interaction of the soap with the dishes. It is important NOT to rinse off food before washing. He was very generous with his time on the phone and told us how we could resolve it ourselves without a service call. |

At 3pm, nothing so I call him. He said he hadn't heard from his guy and I was still on the list so they were going to be here. End of day came in, no one. Next day, no call, no one. It's been 5 days. I called someone right away that first evening after reading about similar experiences on Google. I wish the guy was just honest and could tell me if he can't come or does not want to do the job for some reason. |
