| Steve Yavorski | I purchased a dryer for 180 from the Catasaqua location. It came with a 3 month warranty which you would expect for such a steep price for a used appliance and also the only reason I purchased it. Well after less than a month and a half it started making a noise, stopped spinning, and stopped drying. When I called them, the first person who answered didn't speak any English except "I'll call back if 5 minutes". No call. Then I called back and the lady I talked to said she wanted pictures. So I sent pictures to the number she provided and no response. I called back and she said "I got no pictures". I said I sent them to the number you told me too so she checked again and sure enough they were there. Next she said okay I'll set up appointment and hung up. What?? No time? Didn't ask for my address??? Then I got a text an our later saying that I have to bring the dryer back to have it worked on. The receipt clearly states the the warranty includes home service on appliances purchased at the store. I told the lady this and she text back "okay" and told me they would be here at 4pm. 5:30 rolls around..no call no show. I came home early from work to be there so naturally I was upset. I asked if they were still coming and got back "no". Then "the technician is unavailable. We can be there tomorrow at 430." Well you guessed it. It is 5:15 as I am typing this review and again NO CALL NO SHOW! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS. |
