Appliance Repair by Gold’s Appliance in Butler, Pennsylvania

Probably the worst customer experience I have had in years. Terribly difficult to schedule, but an even worse performance. After a repair team comes to your house, and the appliance works worse than when they started, and they make no attempt to rectify the situation, I would rate that zero stars! I made multiple calls asking for someone to call me back with some type of answer, and I have yet to get a call back from anyone with any answers. Just get a run around. 9 days later - still have a broken stove.

1. Had made appointment for on my day off...they said they did not have me marked down 2. As another customer commented...if you don't pick up phone when they call,they don't come...i don't pick up if it is a number I don't know thanks to trlemsrketers,,they could of left message and I would of responded immediately....3 service guy was absolutely rude to my mother...she was never treated so badly when he came out the following week..4. No one actually called and told me about the parts and when I called them. The guy only told me what was wrote on paper. But 5old me to call back in at 8am...never did,, never will....
