Since the part was still under warranty, he took care of everything and apologized. Service call was free and quick. There are not enough stars or kind words for this man!! |

While finishing the service call, one of our toilet valve's blew total fluke! and they went out of their way to go to Home Depot, buy a new part and install it before they left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest work. John and his son were also polite and professional, even with my curious six year old following them around all afternoon. |
