| Steve Goodman | They never pick up or return calls. I made an appointment for 430, never showed up. Left work 2 hrs early and I waited 5 hrs, with the expectation they were coming out and nothing. The excuse was "you made your appointment at 430 and we had to wait for you to come home and we were busy." Its Tuesday night and I've been without a fridge since sat waiting for them to come out to report to the insurance company do I can get a new fridge! This company is a joke...do not keep them in business |
