| Rachel Peters | I've never in my life been treated more disrespectfully by anyone. After having no heat for 24 hours, and wanting to know when they'd be here after the window they gave me was over, somehow I was wrong for asking where they were coming from. Telling me that they're on their way to me doesn't help if I have no clue where they are coming from. Turned out the woman was the owner's wife. The owner then called to flip out on me and tell me that they'll never be servicing the unit again. He didn't let me speak, interrupted every word I said, and told me he's been married for 38 years and doesn't need aggravation from me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. For the owner to be so unprofessional and flat out mean, is unconscionable and left me shaking and crying after he hung up on me. His guys were here for all of 5 minutes to fix the problem and I'm left so beyond upset and angry. I should've known better when I talked to the owner this morning and he was yelling at me then. Call any other company other than this one. |
