| Loretta Bennett | Refused to give accurate quotes. Estimater wasn't available. Drained pipe 3x's in the past but still can't give quote,accurately! The best part is they can't even say "when" they can start!!!! Okay so it's Thursday now they started yesterday. When they got here they dug small hole then had to wait for over an hour till another guy came but he wasn't the right guy so they dug 3 holes covered 2 then put plastic fence around and left. Today is nothing. I spoke to their customer relations rep, WOW she was so ignorant, wouldn't shut up. She TALKED OVER ME THE WHOLE TIME .Stay away! |
| Vic Marks | Service man was professional and seemed to do his best to trouble shoot our dishwasher problem. I give him 5 stars for doing his job. Customer service started with effort to be helpful with my inquiry about billing, but ultimately was unprofessional. She feigned courtesy. I was basically double charged for part of this service time spent looking into dishwasher problem once in June when they decided nothing needing to be done.....then time spent looking again at it + labor for running drain pump. Should have been charged for time troubleshooting it once which already happened at initial visit + drain pumping which happened today and was coupled with a repeat charge of time troubleshooting it again. The need to pump the dishwasher was always known before the first visit. Overcharged. Not happy about it. Some service companies would recognize this as an ethical problem. Others don't. |
