Appliance Repair by Esh Appliances in Belleville, Pennsylvania

This company provides absolutely terrible service. They are the local authorized service provider for my range. They came to do the repair and incorrectly reassembled the top of the range. I called and they came out a second time and again reassembled it incorrectly! A few weeks later we had the same problem with the range. Again called the manufacturer who scheduled an appointment with this company. Esh never showed up for the designated appointment. Instead they called me and said they had ordered the part and would call back when the part came in. Another week goes by with no word from Esh and I call to see if the part had come in. The woman who answers the phone said she didn;t think the part had come in yet but that she would check with the tech and get back to me. A few hours later the tech leaves me a voicemail informing me that they were not going to service the range and that I should call someone else. They in fact had never ordered the part and if I had not called they would have completely left me in the lurch. Avoid this company like the plague. Bunch of unreliable incompetents. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.

Great to work with and great service! Bought a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer over 3 years ago. They just came out to look at the washer because it developed a loud whine. They troubleshot and fixed it FREE of charge! THANK YOU!!

The dishwasher started leaking and ruined my whole house. I am now filing a lawsuit to sue them
