They requested that we send the video from the inspection over and and stated that the master plumber would be in touch ASAP. We were NEVER contacted. We tried several times to follow-up, but again, did not hear from a plumber. I would have understood if the business was too busy to accept a job, however, this should have been stated. if not immediately, on a subsequent call This job had the potential to upwards of 10k, but there was no interest. I find this very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in the company and in Home Advisor, as I have received other fantastic contractors from the site. |
