| Jared Foster | Expert, honest, and hard working. On our way from MI to north/central Troy PA to pick up a piece of equipment, my Ram 3500 diesel would not shift out of first gear. At 4pm Thursday night, we called the closest auto shop we could find and somehow were lucky enough to find this gem. Understanding our situation, Bill was Johnny on the spot for us, taking a look when we crept into town at 15 mph. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem bad solenoid. He happened to have a used part on hand, stayed late to swap it out, and got us on the road by 7 that night. We made it all the way to Troy to pick up 2500 lbs of machinery, and back to MI Friday night mostly as scheduled. Without Bill and Pine Mountain, we'd have been lucky to get fixed up before the weekend. |
