| Alex Rodriguez | I have been dealing with RMS lack of knowledge for the pass 2 months . Elias is a great guy but the product he offer in OHIO is a false advertisement. He hire employees that doesn't know what they're doing .. they'll bill you even before finishing the job . I am not complaining about my bill i want my equipment to be fix or replaced.. ill pay for it, but dont try to fool me up . my freezer , cooler and AC units are still not working . The technician comes over start making stories and makes you believe that he order the piece . Couple of days after calling and calling , he comes back and got the wrong piece ..... My walking freezer is been down since June and NOW they're blaming it on the door ???? they don't even know what they are doing, and in top of that , expect to get a big bill because time and overtime ???? this is the worst mistake i have done in my entire career is to have trust this company .... I am speaking from my own experience I am not saying that this is every were . |
