Randy | Can't speak to the contracting skills, but I found a load of scrap drywall that took 2 contractor bags to dispose of and other miscellaneous trash on the side of the street we live in with a Right Angle Business card in the pile. So if that's the way they conduct business I would stay away from them. Completely disgusting someone would do that |
vicki tavares | This was the worst contractor I have ever had in 22 yrs of hiring someone. He built us a pool deck that when completed had splintered and cracked boards from using a nail airgun that he did not know how to use. Not one angle is correct. The boards do not meet at the corners. The deck rocks on the one end when more than 2 people are on it. Decking screws should have been use and not nails as lots of the boards are now coming up and out of place. We gave him the specs for what we wanted and now have to redo most of the deck due to his costly mistakes. See the pictures folks. My 5 year old grandson cracked his head open on the one corner of the post that sticks out into the pool area see Pics.We can't even use a standard ladder off the deck as we asked for the front to be enclosed and be not higher than 7 inches up from the pool. He made the enclosure 12 inches higher than the pool. I kept asking him if the finished deck would be the correct height and he just kept saying yes it will. We had to attached a handrail going up the steps as you see by the pictures there should have been a flat board covering up the top.He didn't put any hand rail up- we did it to get it inspected. Poor quality of work with wrong boards, fasteners and nails being used so now before staining this years we have to tear it apart and replace alot of it. don't waste your time if you need a deck built as you will be very unhappy with the end results. His work is cheap and so is the finished product. I would not recommend him to anyone that wants good, quality work done. |
