| Alex and Susy Lerma | What a joke. . .no one ever knows what they're talking about here. Went in to buy blinds. Took over 30 minutes for 2 associates to figure out how to cut our regular blinds down to size. . .and we asked for matching white headrail and louvers, and they sold us 2 different shades of white. After installing everything, we went to put the louver that got horizontal that covers up the headrail not sure what it's called and it looks yellow! Went back in with the packaging and the headrail louver and they told us there's NOTHING they would do. Very disappointed. Another gentleman didn't know how to ring up our basic melamine shelving. |
