We've had to reschedule several times after no one showing their staff told us the technician was getting his oil changed instead of showing up! This time, upon calling to check why they still aren't here, they stated it was my error, even though I called at 830 to verify the time and my contact info... I normally don't post poor reviews but perhaps this will improve their punctuality and customer service. |
