| Karen Randolph | Even if Tom Rogers is assigned by your home warranty, ask for a different contractor! He was quick to collect my service fee but didn't provide much service. Although he says he has 40 years experience I highly doubt it as after wasting three weeks to get a part ordered which was determined not even needed after a honest appliance repair tech came out, he left when he could not pull my fridge out to replace the actual part. I'm not sure what kind of appliance repair person cannot pull a fridge out. Definitely do NOT hire Tom Rogers! |
