We rented a new instrument for our son to play in school and three months in had an issue with one of the keys sticking. We paid for the repair and it happened again a month later. They say it is "damage" and not "defect" so we have to keep paying over and over again for it to be repaired. Not happening. The business manager/owner was extremely difficult to talk with over the phone, continually cutting us off among other things. He also called my husband a liar. My husband is one of the most honest, upstanding citizens a person could ever meet, and serves & protects our local communities daily. The business manager/owner refused to work with us on this issue and we are returning the instrument and going elsewhere. |
