Appliance Repair by Dryer Vent Wizard of the Valley in Salem, Oregon

My dryer vent situation was not up to code and was dangerous. Another company had come out to give me a quote, unhooked and left the dryer unusable, promised to email me a quote, and then ghosted me. I called Dryer Vent Wizard on a Thursday afternoon and explained the situation. They were able to have a tech come out on Friday morning. The tech quoted me a reasonable price and explained the breakdown of the work and the cost associated with each step of the job. I signed off on the quote and he began work immediately. When he went under the house he discovered that the job would not be quite as difficult as he had thought, and he came out and told me that the job would end up costing quite a bit less. I would have never known the difference if he hadn't been honest about it, but he ended up doing the job for 150 less than the quote. Less than 24hrs after I made the call to Dryer Vent Wizard, my dryer setup is safe and up to code, completely useable. The tech was very nice and respectful, cleaned up well after himself. I would highly recommend them.

I had been getting my dryer vent cleaned by a plumber for years. He retired , so I tried " Dryer Vent Wizard " WOW ! These guys are specialists. Thats all they do ! They showed me how my old vent was not up to code and had holes in it . They replaced all my hoses and vent with metal parts. They explained every step , the why and what for ! I LOVE these guys .
