| Trevor Tommila | Just wanted to let everyone know not to buy appliances from JIMS APPLIANCES in reedsport. I bought a washer and dryer from him got it home and started laundry went to check on them the washer was leaking from bottom and it was walking across my garage I tried different size loads but it did same thing. Took it back to jim told him what was wrong he said he'd look at it and get ahold of me the next day. 3 days later I called him he said there all good so I asked him what the issues were he told me there was nothing wrong with washer it didnt leak or walk. So I brought it home tried it again same issues it walks and leaks and he refuses to do anything about it pretty poor buisness practice. Also I talked to my neighbor who said he wishes we would of talked before I went there because he had the same issues with the washer he bought from him. So I highly recommend finding anywhere but JIMS APPLIANCES IN REEDSPORT to spend your money he will be happy to sell you broken appliances and refuse to do anything about it |
