I've told them not to call before noon due to working late and they call 3-4 times by noon. They forced me to pay for a benefits plus package, told me I can't take it off, yet they won't let me use any of the benefits. They scam and harass people that's what they do. I can't even go in to make a payment without them trying to shove more merchandise down my throat. They only have 1 employee that hasn't been completely rude to me and that's not enough when you work in customer service. |
