| Cari Nelson | Craig and his son came to fix our dryer after our usual go to fix of replacing the element didn't solve the problem. Called in Tuesday and they weren't available until Thursday. However, they called to say they were going to be earlier than expected. Found the problem, had the party on hand, fixed it, and ran it a bit to make sure it was doing what is was supposed to be doing, all within an hour and for 130. They were very polite. Next time we'll just call them first instead of wasting time and money trying to do it ourselves. |
| Not Available | Showed up to fix my microwave door sensor that didn't work 1 out of 100 times. Now after "repairing" my microwave I now have no microwave for a week or more. You decide for yourself if this business is worth it. Upon inspecting I found the door does not line up correctly anymore and the sensor was not put back together correctly. Also nice new scratch on new stainless steel appliance. Well now a week later and after calling kirby's. They are not coming out to repair damage. Thanks kirby's for dismantling and damaging my microwave. |
| Sandra Carbone | I was most impressed with the service I received on my oven. They came out twice, first to diagnosis the problem and second to bring the part needed to fix it. Both times they showed up EXACTLY when they told me they would and then spent the time necessary to take care of the problem. I would definitely call them again IF I ever need an appliance service. |
