Our warranty protection policy was honored wonderfully and everyone, including chat agents and warranty protection department, was very helpful in getting to the end result of repairing the problem. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because of the of times it took to fix it and 2 of 3 times he arrived later than the appointment morning window arrival time of 8-12noon. |
